In order to better assist you with issue you might be having, please answer the following questions (and attach logs mentioned below) when posting your issue/question. This will allow the community to more quickly identify your issue and give and accurate response to what might be causing it.
For easier reading the PMS.log please post your issue promptly after you encountered it. If you don't have time for that then please reproduce the error before uploading the PMS.log.
1. Enable debugging in the app under Preferences -> General -> Send debug to PMS
2. Reproduce your error.
3. Are you using Mac ,Windows or Linux PMS? What version?
4. Attach your PMS log.
-- Mac Plex Media Server

or
Open the Console -> choose at the left side Plex Media Server.log

On Windows7/2008/WHS v2

5. How is your TV/BD-Player connected to your network, wired or wireless?
6. Disable debugging in the app.

Can you fix the fact that i need to change audio setting every time when i go to see a film? I need to set default PCM, no dolby digital please.
